2. Services Provided

DeepStock.com offers both traditional human-created and prompt generated stock art for sale on a subscription model and in vector packs ("Services"). Users can browse, purchase, and download digital art content. Content is created by humans and through the use of prompt image applications, and is subject to the terms outlined in this document.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our website, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Use of Content

a. License: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the content for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions set forth in these Terms.

b. Restrictions: You may not:

6. Payments and Refunds

a. Payments: All payments are processed securely. By purchasing content, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

b. Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Our Lifetime, 12-Month, or 3-Month subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, and you acknowledge this includes disputes filed with PayPal or credit card providers. Month-to-month subscribers may cancel at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

DeepStock.com and all associated content and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
